BioCore Protein A is a family of high-performance-affinity chromatography columns, designed for fast titer analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and Fc fusion proteins. BioCore Protein A is based on monodispersed, wide-pore, spherical PS/DVB particles, on which alkaline-resistant recombinant protein A ligands are bonded, in combination well-established column packing processes.
